prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and exclude delivery.
How To Purchase
You can browse or make purchases on our website at any time, night or
day. To make an order you should select the products you wish to purchase by first
selecting a size or colour if applicable and then click on the “buy now” button
on that particular item this will add that product to your virtual shopping
basket. Once you have finished browsing our store and adding all the products you
would like to purchase you can proceed to “checkout”. At the checkout, please select your delivery region from the drop down box, this will
define your shipping charge.
To complete your order we will ask for some personal and payment
information to be filled out in the boxes provided. Please enter your billing
address exactly as it appears on your statement. We will contact you as soon as
possible if your card has been declined.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Switch and Solo. If
you do not wish to purchase by card then you can send a cheque or make a bank
transfer. Goods will not be despatched until we are in receipt of cleared
funds.
An order confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address. An
order confirmation is the acknowledgement that we have received your order, it
does not mean that we have taken payment. Please keep your customer reference
number to hand when contacting us to avoid unnecessary delays. If there is a discrepancy or error in your
details we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns / Order Cancellation Procedure
Orders can not be cancelled before despatch. Once you have received your order and you wish to make a return, please follow our returns procedure below.
As part of the United Kingdom Distance Selling Act of 2000, a consumer may cancel their order at any time up to seven days after receiving their goods. Items can only be returned that are in perfect condition and with lamps and parts in the original untorn packaging.
If you wish to return any part of your order, then please inform us by fax or email. We will respond within 2 working days. Once your order has been accepted for return we will issue you with a returns authorisation number by fax/email. Please return the unwanted items to us within 21 days and include your order number, returns number, name, address and telephone number in the box. We advise you to return items using a method of insured recorded delivery. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an authorisation number.
A refund will be issued to your payment card (within 30 days) minus any direct delivery costs that we have incurred.
If your order qualified for free delivery then this means that we have paid the delivery charge on your behalf. If you return your order then the actual cost of delivery will not be refunded.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Any damages to the product or missing items should be reported to us by e-mail or fax, within 48 hours. Then, depending on the nature of the damage or missing item, we will replace the whole item or send the relevant part. In some circumstances we may issue a refund. If after 48 hours we have not been informed by e-mail or fax, of damages or missing items then we will take this as full acceptance of the goods.
Rocco Lighting can not be made liable for any costs that you have incurred due to late delivery, faulty goods or shortages. We strongly advise you not to book any tradesmen until you are in receipt of your goods. Rocco Lighting’s total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
Please note that goods damaged during delivery are not considered to be faulty.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to all areas in the 'dropdown' menu on your basket page. The cost of delivery is calculated at this point. All orders to mainland UK should be delivered within five working days* (subject to stock availability, items with an AS prefix may take up to 7 working days). Deliveries will only be made on regular working days and during working hours. Deliveries can not be made on weekends, public or bank holidays. We endeavour to deliver all goods within the above time frame but we stress that you should not book any tradesman until you are in safe receipt of your complete order.
If you have provided us with your email address, we will inform you by email to let you know that your item/s have been despatched. If you are out when the courier calls, then a card will be left through your door in order for you to contact the courier and re-arrange a more suitable day for delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within seven days then the item/s will be sent back to us and you will be charged for this at our returns rate of £15.75.
Products that are out of stock
If part or all of your order is out of stock then we will inform you as soon as possible by email or telephone. You can then choose to back order your item and wait until it arrives or cancel that part of your order, or cancel your full order if the new delivery schedule is not suitable.

Our payment pages on our website are fully secured by Thawte 128 bit encryption and processed via HSBC’s secure e-payments
online terminal.
Privacy Matters
Your details are used solely to process your order. We will not sell or
pass on any details to third parties under any circumstances. We will only
contact you with regards to your order and will not send you any unsolicited
emails.
Warranty
If a fault or failure occurs then the nature of the fault will be
repaired or replaced accordingly within 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty will be considered null and void if it transpires that the item
has been fitted incorrectly, not fitted by a qualified electrician or
mistreated and not used for the purpose supplied. This warranty is in respect
of electrical components only.
Complaints
Any complaints about our service or products will be acknowledged within
5 working days. At this time we will inform you the likely timescale for
resolving the complaint.
Prices on our website
Rocco Lighting reserves the right to amend prices without prior
notification or withdraw goods from sale without liability to any party. Our
contract is formed when payment is taken. Therefore prices will be honoured on
confirmed and paid for orders only.
Installation
All products should be earthed where necessary and non portable lighting
should be installed by a suitably qualified electrician. Incorrect installation
will deem warranty void. We will not accept any liability for any personal
damage due to incorrect or improper installation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
