Delivery Information

We aim to deliver within five working days*. Products with an 'AS' prefix may take up to 7 working days. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 3.00pm (4.30pm in Scotland)on working days unless otherwise agreed. If you have supplied either your email address or mobile telephone number at the time of purchase then you will receive an email or text when your item has been despatched.

We offer free delivery on orders where the price of the goods exceed £100. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery to any area that does not fall within mainland UK, this includes Scottish Highlands.

Orders are delivered using a national courier. If you are not in when the courier calls then they will leave a card with their details on so that you can contact them and re-arrange delivery. N.B If you do not contact them within 5 days then your parcel will be returned to us and charges will apply.

We can not be held responsible for late delivery or failure of delivery due to incorrect delivery information being supplied at the time of order. Damages that have occured in delivery should be reported within 48 hours.
